Don’t expect too much from the land, animals and plants.

In agricultural work, people nd healthy and constructive pursuits to which they can devotethemselves and create a real path to autonomy.

Cooperative agriculture refers to the ancient approaches to agriculture: the link between thefarm and the rural family, the practice of solidarity and mutual assistance typical of the peasantworld, and this experience has the general characteristic of integrating other activities that arecharacteristic of agricultural activities, education, training, employment , relaxation.

Our vision for collaboration through agriculture takes action to achieve inclusive benets, provides benecial therapeutic pathways, and fosters social unity, social and labor inclusion forpeople who also belong to disadvantaged groups.

The modern concept of cooperative agriculture is a possible tool to meet the growing needs ofthe population, both in terms of sustainable agricultural production from a social, economic and environmental point of view, and in terms of the supply of social, health and social services.

It is a model of territorial development - joint and relative.

Cooperative agriculture of agricultural product improve the quality, experiments and innovates in agricultural practices in relation to people and the environment, and seeks to integrate the production of goods and services with the creation of informal networks of relationships.

Biological production, an environmentally sustainable production capable of protecting the health of all living things and the environment at the same time, is typical of Cooperative Agriculture.

The Abitare la Natura project also aims to lead companies towards energy independence and sustainable waste management.

At Abitare la Natura, we go beyond the pure concept of biological production: the model we apply is that of a circular economy, an economic system designed to reuse materials in subsequent production cycles, in this way minimizing waste.

Our solution

The Circular farm

We consume more resources than ecosystems can provide: it is known that this lifestyle, if not changed, will lead to the collapse of the entire planet. A radical change is needed in the way society is produced and consumed.

Today we are at a crossroads: on the one hand, economic models that will lead to an irreversible depletion of earth’s resources with only partially predictable consequences, on the other, new paths that can be chosen, which will require a change in mentality.

Abitare la Natura is committed to helping achieve the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, an agenda for people, planet and prosperity signed in September 2015 by the governments of 193 UN member countries.

Protect, restore and promote the sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manageforests, combat desertication, halt and reverse land degradation, and halt biodiversity loss.

How?

The biological line Abitare la Natura is a “closed cycle”. What does this mean? That the entire production cycle takes place inside the Cooperative.
We are the ones who grow most of the grain and biological feed that our barnyard feeds on.
The manure is converted into enriched compost for the crops themselves.
Fresh BIO milk turns into cheeses inside the dairy farm, closing the circle from the ground to the table.
We are proud to contribute to the organic universe: we grow, breed, transform and market excellent products in the only possible way that is saving for the Earth and solidarity for people.
